The Goal
of Media
In a world where good artists copy and great artists steal, those bound by morality must adopt a different approach to design - an approach that dives way past the surface, into the depths of information exchange. This requires a designer to constantly ask the question "Why?", in a quest to deliver content that resonates with viewers on an emotional level. The goal is to make a connection with people and deliver content with a lasting impression.
Simple Media Is Strong Media
With simplified media, subtleties often take a commanding role in the emotional impact one gets from a piece of content. A typeface might be a brand's chance at a good first impression. Appearance, whether we like it or not, is the foundation of consumer confidence. This may seem shallow, but it’s a necessary right of passage when establishing a new relationship. Simple media allows us to focus on presentation, and a win gets us to the next round.
